OCR cases
The body text reads well, but a dark left margin causes the OCR engine to invent a column of punctuation. Cropping the access copy helps search, but the unaltered scan should remain available.
OCR often merges the stamp and the name into a nonsense token. Human transcription should preserve both layers if the stamp has evidential value.
Text from the back of a page can enter the OCR layer, especially after contrast enhancement. A lower contrast grayscale master may be easier to interpret than the cleaned image.
